how can I return my artwork

OUR RETURN POLICY

Sometimes, art might look different than expected when it is actually in your space. That is why, if you purchase a Limited Edition online, we’ll give you up to 14 days to return it for any reason.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN THE ARTWORK?

Once you’ve contacted us we’ll arrange a courier and send you the necessary address labels to attach to your package. Make sure the artwork is securely packaged for transport – we recommend that you use the original packaging.

 

WHEN DOES THE REFUND GET ISSUED?

We’ll process your refund once we have received the artwork and checked that it’s in good condition.

If you’d like to return the artwork(s) within the 14 days timeframe, we’re happy to arrange pick-up free of charge by calling +49 89 890 579 50 (Mon-Fri 10am-7pm).
