TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions shall exclusively govern the business relationship between STOCK4B GmbH, here acting under the website www.unveiled.art (in the following ‘Unveiled Art´), and the consumer (You). Unveiled Art shall not recognise any different terms set out by You unless such conditions have been expressly agreed by Unveiled Art in writing.  

To make a purchase through the Site, You must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms You agree to be bound by the Terms as a whole, and agree that You have read the information on personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies according to the Company´s Privacy Policy. 

YOUR ORDER

The display of products in the online shop is a non-binding online catalogue only and it does not constitute a legally binding offer. The selected products by pressing the “Add to basket” button are compiled for you to overview at the end of the order process. You can review the information provided during the order process and add to or correct it. By clicking the button to “Buy”, you send your order details and make a binding declaration to Unveiled Art that you want to purchase the products listed there. Automatically we accept your order and You will receive an email with the details of your order and contract confirmation.

Unveiled Art recommends You to save or print this confirmation for any contacts with its customer service and the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of order. The contractual language is English.

SHIPPING COSTS

Unveiled Art delivers to countries within the European Union and to The United States of America. All other countries upon request.

Please note that shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes. You are responsible for paying such additional fees and taxes.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER / 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The cancellation right does not apply to goods produced according to other customer specifications besides the ones offered on the Unveiled Art website or that have been clearly personalized (Custom finished). These Custom products are excluded from the right to cancel according to Section 312, Paragraph 2, No. 1 of the German civil code.

You have the right to cancel this contract without reason within fourteen days for all online orders of prefabricated works (in the presentation specified by Unveiled Art).

The cancellation policy lasts 14 days from:

The day on which You – or a third party named by You who is not the shipping service – take/takes the goods into possession, if you ordered one item or multiple items in a single order, and the item(s) arrive(s) in a single delivery

or

The day on which You – or a third party named by you who is not the shipping service – take(s) the final goods into possession in the event that multiple items from a single order are shipped separately.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in a clear, written statement (by letter or e-mail). You may use the cancellation form we’ve provided, but are not required to do so.

The deadline for the right to cancel will be met as long as your statement indicating you will be exercising the right to cancel is sent within the stated cancellation period.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND PROCESS

If You cancel this sale contract, we will refund You all the payments we have received from You, within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. The refund will be done using the same mode of payment that was used by You for ordering the artwork on the Website, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You are to promptly send the goods back; at the very latest, this must be done within 14 days of the days you inform us of the cancellation. This deadline is met as long as the return shipment of goods is sent out within the allotted period.

You shall bear the direct costs for returning goods.

The merchandise must be well packaged, in good condition and preferably in the original box.

You are only responsible for decreases in the value of goods if, after inspecting their condition, properties, and functionality, the decrease in value can be traced back to your improper handling of the goods.  

EDITION CERTIFICATE WITH SIGNATURE

Unveiled Art might send the Edition Certificate with signature of the artist and the edition separately to the customer – also time-delayed. In this case, the cancellation period shall only start after receipt of the Edition Certificate with signature. If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must also immediately return the unused Edition Certificate. The purchase price shall not be refunded without receipt of Edition Certificate. The right of cancellation shall lapse if the Edition Certificate is used on the artwork, the frame, the lamination or elsewhere.

PRICES, DUE DATE AND PAYMENT, DEFAULT

The prices stated in the online shop are final prices including sales taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are added to it in each case. You can find the information about the shipping costs below.

You need to be over 18 years of age to buy from this Site. The Company reserves the right, in individual cases, to deny or modify an order (for example, if You have indicated false personal information).

The Company reserves for products to be sold out, any image and typographical errors on the Site and incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as currency fluctuations) or misinformation regarding whether a product is in stock. The Company has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time.

OFFSETTING, RETENTION

You are only entitled to a right of offset if your counterclaims are legally established or recognized by Unveiled Art. You are also entitled to offset if you assert claims of defect or counterclaims from the same sales contract. In addition, you are entitled to exercise a right of retention only to the extent that your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods delivered remain the property of Unveiled Art until complete and final payment.

WARRANTY

The statutory warranty rights apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The statutory warranty period of two years shall apply. This begins with delivery of the goods. During this period all defects, which are subject to the statutory warranty obligation, are free of charge.  

NO GRANTING OF RIGHTS

With the purchase of a photographic print you only acquire the property / ownership of the print. No other use rights are granted. Reproduction (copying), distribution, rental, public exhibition, or any other analogue or digital usage is prohibited unless permitted by law. However, you can resell the print.  

COLLECTING, PROCESSING AND USING PERSONAL DATA

All provisions regarding the protection of your data can be found at the Unveiled Art privacy policy. 

APPLICABLE LAW

German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
